(Mawlana Sheij se pone en pie) Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar! laa ilaaha illa-Llah (Mawlana Sheij se sienta)</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">¡O gentes!
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">¡O gentes!
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">wa in min shay'in illa yusabihu bihamdih. </span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">¡Y no hay una sola cosa que no celebre Su alabanza! (17:44)</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Wa in min shay'in illa yusabihu bihamdih. Subhaanak yaa Rabbana, yaa Rabbana! ¡O mi Señor, O mi Señor! Gloria a Ti, mi Señor”.
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">¡O ulemas Salafi y ulemas Azhar! Él no dijo, “Voy a crear sirvientes”. Asta`eedhu billah: </span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Wa idha qaala rabbuka lil-malaa`ikati innee ja`eelun fi'l-`ardi khalifah.</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
(al-Baqarah, 2:30)</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Allah Todopoderoso no dijo, innee ja`eelun fi'l-`ardi `ibaadee , “Voy a crear sirvientes”.
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Wa laqad karamna bani adam.</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Verdaderamente, Nosotros hemos honrado a los Hijos de Adán. (an-Najm, 17:70)</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Sataftariqu ummatee `alaa thalaatha wa saba`een firqah.</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
¡No!
No digáis, “(Nosotros somos) Naqshbandi-Haqqani”. ¡Se pertenece a Rabbani! Wa koonoo Rabbaniyeen! ¡Esto es ayatu 'l-kareemah!</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Maa kaana li-basharin an yu'teeyahullahu al-kitaaba wa al-hukma wa 'n-nuboowwata thumma yaqoola li 'n-naasi koonoo `ibaadan lee min doonillahi wa laakin koonoo rabbaniyyeena bimaa kuntum tu`allimoona al-kitaba wa bimaa kuntum tadrusoona.</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">¡O ulemas!
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Yaa `abdee ati`anee aj`aluka rabbaaniyyan taqoolu li shay'in kun fayakoon.</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Os voy a hacer Rabbani, diréis a una cosa “¡Sé!”, y ella será.</span></div><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Anta al-Rabb wa nahnu 'l-`abeed, anta 'l-Rabb wa anaa 'l-`abd, anta 'l-ma`bood wa anaa 'l-`abid.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">You are the Lord and I am the servant, You are worth worshipping and I am the worshipper!</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Allah Allah, Allah Allah, Allah Allah, `Azeez Allah! </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Huuuuu, Huuuuuuu, Huuuuuuu, Huuuuuuu, Huuuuuuuu, Huuuuuuu, </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Hayyyyyyy, Hayyyyyyy, Hayyyyyyy, Hayyyyyyy, Hayyyyyyy, Huuuuuu </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">O our Attenders! As salaamu `alaykum! Koonoo. Try to be always thankful to the Lord of Heavens! (Mawlana Shaykh stands) Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar! laa ilaaha illa-Llah (Mawlana Shaykh sits) </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">O People! From east to west, from north to south, try to be thankful servants for your Creator, that He created us and granted us endless favors here and Hereafter. And Almighty Allah is asking to be honored. He Almighty honors dominions of honors with no limits and He likes that His servants honor their Creator. They are not going to give anything, but He likes His servant to say, shukr Yaa Rabbee, "Thanks O my Lord!" That is an honor from weak servants to the Lord of Heavens, but He likes it. If an ant says, subhaanAllah yaa Rabbee, "Glory for You, my Lord," He is happy and He likes it. That point we must learn, know, and teach, that every good word, good action, and good effort makes our Lord happy with us. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">O People! Whole religions are based on this principle from the beginning of Mankind, from Adam, peace be upon him, who called Rabbuna, Rabbuna! Allah Almighty likes His servants to call on Him, Yaa Rabbana, "O our Lord, O our Creator!" Therefore, He likes to change every thing on Earth, that means Mankind in particular, for every other thing.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">wa in min shay'in illa yusabihu bihamdih. </span></div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">And there is not a thing but celebrates His praise! (17:44)</span></div></li>
</ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Wa in min shay'in illa yusabihu bihamdih. Allah Almighty likes this; it is His Glorious Attribute. He likes to be glorified and He is going to be happy with glorification. He is not asking anything else from His Creation. And tasbeeh is glorifying, yes? He created everything for glorifying, He Almighty, subhaanahu wa ta`ala! So simple! From the beginning, the first messenger Sayyidina Adam (a) was crying and saying, "Yaa Rabbana, yaa Rabbana, yaa Rabbana! Subhaanak yaa Rabbana, yaa Rabbana! O my Lord, O my Lord! Glory to You, my Lord" He taught his children to say, "Yaa Rabbana, yaa Rabbana! O our Glorified Lord." That were the first words with which Adam, peace be upon him, called his Lord. And after him, Seth (a); after Seth, Idrees (a); after Idrees (a) so many other prophets came in between, until reaching to Nuh (a), who also called out, "Yaa Rabbana!" Nabi Hud (a), nabi azami 'l-oolaa Lut (a),Yunus (a), Ibrahim (a), Isma'eel (a) and Ishaq (a), all of them were calling out, "Yaa Rabbana!" Moses (a) was calling out, "Yaa Rabbana!" Jesus (a) was saying, "Yaa Rabbana!" Sayyidina Muhammad (s) was calling and saying, (Mawlana Shaykh stands) "Yaa Rabbana, yaa Rabbee, yaa Allah!" (Mawlana Shaykh sits). </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">And what was Allah Almighty, rabbu 'l-`izzah, the Lord of Honor, saying to His servants? The Lord of Heavens is not saying, "My servants." Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar! </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">O `ulamas, all `ulamas! Learned people, holy ones from Judaism and Christianity, and all prophets, and the Seal of Prophets, Sayyidi 'l-Awwaleen wa ’l-`Akhireen, Sayyidina Muhammad (s), (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits) did not call and say to his ummah, "O my Lord's servants!" </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">O Salafi `ulamas and Azhar `ulamas! Hear and listen, holy people from Judaism and Christianity! No prophet said to Mankind, "O servants of my Lord!" Servanthood is something, perhaps it is the first-line of peoples' position. But He, the Lord of Heavens, is asking from His servants, from the Children of Adam, to arise in servanthood on this planet and to come up to His Divinely Presence. SubhaanAllah, SubhaanAllah. That is what Allah Almighty likes for His deputies. He was not saying, "I am going to create servants."
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Wa idha qaala rabbuka lil-malaa`ikati innee ja`eelun fi'l-`ardi khalifah.</span></div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">And when your Lord said to the angels, "Verily I am making in the Earth a deputy.” (al-Baqarah, 2:30) </span></div></li>
</ul><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Allah Almighty was not saying, innee ja`eelun fi'l-`ardi `ibaadee, "I am going to create servants." You must understand the title khalifah gives honor. He is saying: (Mawlana Shaykh stands)</span></div><ul><li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ</span></div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Wa laqad karamna bani adam.</span></div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Verily, We have honored the Children of Adam. (an-Najm, 17:70)</span></div></li>
</ul><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">He is granting them such an honor! Servanthood is not the same as takreem, honor. (Mawlana Shaykh sits). Allah, Allah. Subhaan Allah. Heavenly Knowledge Oceans! And we are saying to Jewish learned people, "rabbis", and to Christians' "holy ones, saints", and to Muslim "`ulamas." None of these titles make the Lord of Heavens, our Creator, happy. Tonight is a special declaration, different from others, in making the hearts of all nations to be in satisfaction. They are saying, sending some waves of inspiration, although I am nothing; but they are sending (these inspirations) to speak to the whole Islamic world. And I am now leaving speaking of Christianity or Judaism. They are saying to make clarity for the Islamic world, for Muslims. SubhaanAllahi 'l-`Aliyyu 'l-`Adheem! The Seal of Prophets (s) said: (Mawlana Shaykh stands)</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Sataftariqu ummatee `alaa thalaatha wa saba`een firqah. </span></div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">My nation will divide into 73 sects.</span></div></li>
</ul><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Tonight we must change those 73 firqah, sects, and make it one, because every sect was saying something about themselves, "We are this, we are that." And we are now leaving the book-given people (People of the Book); leave them aside for this matter. They are making me to speak on a famous point tonight, for the first time throughout the Islamic period. (Mawlana Shaykh stands) Subhaan Allah! Subhaan Allah! Subhaan Allah! Sultan Allah! Sultan Allah! (Mawlana Shaykh sits).Whoever may understand, may understand. If he is not granted an understanding, then his level is the same as the level of animals. But what they are asking me to speak about is suitable for the whole Muslim world! No one can say, "No, you are wrong." No! Throughout the Islamic world, from its beginning up to tonight, a wrong understanding had taken place among the servants of the Lord, Allah Almighty. Some of them were saying, "We are this," and some others were saying, "We are that." All of them tonight are going to be closed down. Yes! </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Now, in the Hijri year 1431, and tonight is the 13th or 14th of Dhul-Qa`dah, the whole Islamic world, all `ulamas and all the people may look and may understand something! They are making me to speak about tasawwuf; they are now putting a line to stop tasawwuf. The Lord of Heavens never ordered His most beloved deputy, Sayyidina Muhammad (s), (Mawlana Shaykh stands and sits) "Say to your nation that you are Sufi people." You are never going to speak on tasawwuf (any more) and no more mutasawwif, followers of Sufism, from now up to the end of the world! Mutasawwif will never exist after this moment, because the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him, never spoke on it, nor did the Holy Qur'an. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">We must come to a reality on which no one can make any discussions. Allah Almighty is not saying, "Koonoo mutasawwifeen, koonoo Naqshbandiyeen, koonoo Qaadireen, koonoo Mawlawiyeen, koonoo Shadhiliyeen, koonoo forty tareeqahs." It is stopping tonight! </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Therefore, the name "Salafi" was also never mentioned in Prophet's (s) speech or in the Holy Qur'an; neither was "tasawwuf," nor "Salafi", no! Allah Almighty is not ordering, "O My servants! You must be Sufis!" The Lord of Heavens never said, "O My servants! You must follow Salafis and you must be Salaafiyoon." Allah Almighty never ordered His servants, "You must be Wahhabiyoon." Clear? He never told the Children of Israel to say, "We are chosen ones," and (for Shi`a people) to say, "We are following the twelve sects." No. You may be twelve sects, which means twelve tribes, but there is no honor for their names! There is no honor also to be "Wahhabi", to be "Salafi", to be "Sufi"! </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">The whole Islamic world must accept tonight, that there is no more tasawwuf, because the Holy Qur'an is showing us what we must say, what we must iqrar, admit, to ourselves. This and that does not exist, NO! We must follow Holy Books; and the last Holy Book, what was it saying? What was the Lord of Heavens ordering the Christians and the Jewish people? He is not saying that servants may claim, "I am this one" or "I am that one," no. All of them are under my feet now! But the Lord of Heavens is saying, (Mawlana Shaykh stands) "O My servants! Koonoo Rabbaniyeen! Be those who establish Lordly worship.'" Be a Rabbani. No more tasawwuf. Never! From now on until the end of the world, you must say, "I am Rabbani! I am not stopping (in this way); I am Rabbani!" That is the highest honor for us. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">This is for Christians, for Jewish people, and for the whole Islamic world, to take away nifaaq, hypocrisy, and shiqaaq, division. (Mawlana Shaykh sits) That order is coming tonight. Don't say, "(We are) Naqshbandi-Haqqani". It belongs to Rabbani!" <strong>Wa koonoo Rabbaniyeen</strong>! That is ayatu 'l-kareemah!</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Maa kaana li-basharin an yu'teeyahullahu al-kitaaba wa al-hukma wa 'n-nuboowwata thumma yaqoola li 'n-naasi koonoo `ibaadan lee min doonillahi wa laakin <strong>koonoo rabbaniyyeena</strong> bimaa kuntum tu`allimoona al-kitaba wa bimaa kuntum tadrusoona.</span></div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">No human to whom Allah has given the (Holy) Book, Judgment and prophethood would say to the people, "Be worshipers of me, other than Allah," but rather (they would say),"<strong>Be of the Lord</strong>, for that you teach the Book, and in that you have studied." (3:79) </span></div></li>
</ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">O `ulamas! If anyone asks you what is your way, say, "I am trying to be Rabbaani," or "I am Rabbaani." Finished! Laa ilaaha illa-Llah.That is bombardment on the fortress of Shaytan. Finished! Don't say, "I am Christian," or, "I am Jewish," or, "I am Muslim." Rabbaani! Finished. No more "(I am) Naqshbandi," no more "tasawwuf" to be happy. "Salafis" also, take them away! These are Shaytan's titles that you are making up. Who is that order of the Lord of Heavens for? "You must be for all nations, you must be Rabbaani, belonging to Me only!" Finished! </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">(There must be) no more fighting between Salafis or mutasawwuf (followers of tasawwuf). First of all, I am saying that I'm not mutasawwuf but I am trying to be Rabbaani. Then what is the Lord of Heavens saying in Hadeeth Qudsee, the highest, powerful speech of Prophet (s)? (Mawlana Shaykh stands) The Lord of Heavens, Allah Almighty, is telling you how you should be Rabbani. He is saying, ya `abdee at`ianee, "O my servant! Follow My orders," <strong>aja`luka rabbaani</strong>, "I am making you Rabbaani." (Mawlana Shaykh sits) "If you are keeping My orders, I am making you Rabbaani. Don't wait for people to say that you are Rabbaani; I am saying you are Rabbaani!" </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">If you are asking for evidence, the Lord of Heavens is saying: (Mawlana Shaykh stands)</span></div><ul><li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">يا عبدي اطعني اجعلك ربانيا تقول لشي كن فيكون</span></div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Yaa `abdee ati`anee <strong>aj`aluka rabbaaniyyan</strong> taqoolu li shay'in kun fayakoon.</span></div></li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">I will make you Rabbani, you say to a thing "Be!" and it will be.</span></div></li>
</ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Allah Almighty is saying, "That is My order and My Divine Sign on My servant, that he is Rabbani!" Try to reach that point and your level will be the highest level. </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">May Allah forgive us. Subhaan Allah, Sultan Allah. This is the limit to make the ummah on one level, finished! No more Shi`a, no more other sects, no more Christian sects, no more Jewish sects. May Allah forgive us, for the honor of the Seal of Prophets (s). </span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Fatihah.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div></div></div><div></div></font><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">This has never been heard before; you can't hear it a second time, finished. The Day of Resurrection is just at the door.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span></font><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span></div><div></div><div><br />

<strong><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;"></span></strong> <br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><strong></strong><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><strong></strong><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><strong></strong><br />
<br />
<strong><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS;">[...]</span></strong></div><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
No tienen permitido saber qué recompensas va a dar Dios a Su Comunidad.
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
No mostréis ego y orgullo.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Miraos a vosotros mismos.
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Él respondió, ‘Oh, Profeta, no me preguntes a mí.
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
No sigáis a vuestro ego.
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
No prestéis atención si vuestra mujer os grita. Dejadla que grite. ¿Qué puede ocurrir? Finalmente, se va a cansar y parará. ¡Y lo mismo para los hombres! Vais a ladrar y ladrar, pero ella no os hará caso. Finalmente, os vais a hartar y estaréis tranquilos. Intentad controlar vuestra ira.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />

AsSalamualeikum.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
No ve.<br />
<br />
<br />
Dicen, “¡No me importa!”<br />
<br />

But where did the Sufis originate? When did they first appear? And what was the position of the schools of Islamic jurisprudence and the scholars of the Community regarding Sufism, or tasawwuf? </span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[1]</span> </span><br /></div><p align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">Today, Islam is taught only with words by people who do not care to practice it purely nor to purify themselves in practice. This unfortunate devolution was foreseen in many ahadith that state, for example, <strong>“They will order people and not heed their own warning, and they are the worst of people</strong>.”</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[2]</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"> Similarly, the Prophet (s) said, <strong>“I do not fear for you only the anti-Christ.”</strong> They asked<strong>, “Then who else are you afraid of?”</strong> He said<strong>, “The misguided scholars.</strong>”</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[3]</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"> The Prophet (s) also said, <strong>“What I fear most for my nation is a hypocrite who has a scholarly tongue.</strong>”</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[4]</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"> </span></span></p><p align="justify"></p><p align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">Such was not the way of the Companions including the People of the Bench(Ahl as-Suffa), concerning whom the following verse was revealed:</span></span></p><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><p align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"><em><strong>And restrain thyself with those who call upon their Lord at morning and evening, desiring His countenance, and let not thine eyes turn away from them, desiring the adornment of the present life; and obey not him whose heart We have made neglectful of Our remembrance so that he follows his own lust, and his affair has become all excess.</strong></em> (Q 18:28)</span></p><p align="justify"><br /><span style="font-size:130%;">Nor was this the way of Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (r), about whom the Prophet (s) said, <strong>“Abu Bakr does not precede you for praying much or fasting much, but because of a secret that has taken root in his heart.”</strong></span></span></p><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[5]</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"> </span></span><p align="justify"><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">Nor was this the way of the Successors (tabi`een) such as Hasan al-Basri, Sufyan al-Thawri, and others of the later generations of Sufis who looked back to them for models. Al-Qushayri relates that al-Junayd said, <strong>“Tasawwuf is not the profusion of prayer and fasting, but wholeness of the breast and selflessness.”</strong></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[6]</span> </span></p><p align="justify"><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">Nor was this the way of the Four Imams who emphasized doing-without (zuhd) and true god-fear (wara), above the mere satisfaction of obligations. Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal composed two books with those two qualities as their respective titles. He placed the knowledge of saints above the knowledge of scholars, as is shown by the following report by his student, Abu Bakr al-Marwazi:</span></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"></p></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><div align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"><strong>I heard Fath ibn Abi al-Fath saying to Abu Abd Allah (Imam Ahmad) during his last illness, “Invoke God for us that He will give us a good successor to succeed you.” He continued, “Who shall we ask for knowledge after you?” Ahmad replied, “Ask Abd al-Wahhab.” Someone who was present there related to me that he said, “But he does not have much learning.” Abu Abd Allah replied, “He is a saintly man, and such as he is granted success in speaking the truth.”</strong></span></span><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[7]</span> </span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"></span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"></span></div><div align="justify"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;">In a celebrated fatwa (legal ruling), the Shafii scholar al-`Izz ibn `Abd al-Salam gives the same priority to the gnostics, or Knowers of God (`arifin), over the jurists. Imam Malik places the same emphasis on inner perfection in his saying, <strong>“Religion does not consist in the knowledge of many narrations, but in a light which God places in the breast.” </strong></span></div><p align="justify"><br /><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;">Ibn `Ata Allah quoted Ibn `Arabi as saying, <strong>“Certainty does not derive from the evidences of the mind but pours out from the depths of the heart.”</strong></span></p><p align="justify"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><span style="font-size:130%;"></span></span></p><p align="justify"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><span style="font-size:130%;">This is why many of the imams of religion cautioned against the mere thirst for knowledge at the expense of the training of the ego. Imam Ghazali left the halls of learning in the midst of a prestigious career in order to devote himself to self-purification. At its outset, he wrote his magisterial Revival of the Religious Sciences (Ihya `ulum al-din), which begins with a warning to those who consider religion to consist merely of fiqh, or jurisprudence. </span></p></span><p align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"></span></p><p align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;">One of the early Sufis and the greatest of the huffaz, or hadith masters, of his time, Sufyan al-Thawri, sounded the same warning. He addressed those who use the narration of hadith for religion, when he said, <strong>“If hadith was a good it would have vanished just as goodness has vanished. Pursuing the study of hadith is not part of the preparation for death, but a disease that preoccupies people.”</strong> </span></p><p align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;">Dhahabi comments:</span></p><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><div align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"><strong>By God he has spoken the truth. Today, in our time, the quest for knowledge and hadith no longer means for the hadith scholar the obligation of living up to it, which is the goal of hadith. He is right in what he said because pursuing the study of hadith is other than the hadith itself.</strong></span></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;">[8]</span></div><div align="justify"></div><p align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">It is for “the hadith itself,” for the purpose of living up to the Sunnah of the Prophet (s) and the Holy Quran, that the great masters of self-purification forsook the pursuit of science as a worldly allurement, and placed above it the acquisition of ihsan, or perfect character. This is in accordance with the well-known hadith of Aisha (r) concerning the disposition of the Prophet (s).</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[9]</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"> An example is Abu Nasr Bishr al-Hafi, who considered the study of hadith a conjectural science in comparison to the certitude in belief imparted by visiting Fudayl ibn al-Iyad.</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">[10]</span></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><span style="font-size:130%;"> Both ihsan and the process that leads to it are known as tasawwuf. </span></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><br /></p></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"><div align="justify"><br /></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;">[1]</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;"> Tasawwuf here means the Islamic Science of Purification of the Self and adapting the perfected character of the Messenger of God, Sayyidina Muhammad (s).<br /></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;">[2]</span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:85%;"> Reported on the authority of `Umar, `Ali, Ibn `Abbas, and others. Your Anger: Then Digest It</span> </span></span></span></p><p align="justify"><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;color:#ccccff;">by Shaykh Hisham Kabbani </span></span></p><p align="justify"><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;"><br />For those of us whose physical bodies are "over the hill", by this I mean over the age of fifty or so, we must face the fact that, no matter how well we look after ourselves, our physical powers are gradually deteriorating: step by step we are approaching death.<br />But as for our spiritual condition, there is no such limit, no age when powers are at their maximum, then recede. Spiritual power may continue to grow strongly throughout our lives, but we must seek out conditions conducive to that continuing growth, and weed out those qualities which threaten to choke the precious plant.. One of the most harmful weeds, the most inimical to our spiritual growth is the anger generated by the vanity of our egos. When anger rages it engulfs the light of faith, transforming in into fire. The light of Faith is the pure light of God, but when it is transformed into fire it no longer illumines, it burns.<br />When you find yourself overcome with anger you must quickly run to a mirror and behold your own face. That ugly spectacle will be enough to calm your anger: for who wants to look like the devil himself? When a person is angry his actions are satanic - destructive and self-destructive. Our Grandsheikh stressed the necessity of abandoning anger, for when the ego's anger dominates a person he may readily deny even the sovereignty of God, and put himself in rebellion against the Overwhelming One - and that is very dangerous. Anger also wreaks havoc on our physical bodies, causing illness and premature aging, especially when a high level of anger is maintained over a long period of time.<br />Very few people can turn back anger when it assaults them. This is why so few people advance spiritually. The reason that anger is so difficult to defeat is simply because it is an intrinsic part of our physical and spiritual constitution. Anger corresponds to the element of fire in our make-up, which is a balance of fire, water, earth and air. Only those who are trained from a very early age by enlightened parents or teachers will have learned to keep these elements in balance. As for most people, each of these elements may predominate on different occasions according to exterior circumstances and intrinsic propensities, setting the equilibrium off center.<br />Fire flares up in the face of provocation and teasing, aggression or attempts to subdue the will (of the child). Since these occasions are usually frequent in our early lives, we are all adept at getting angry, and from a very early age.<br />Our Grandsheikh also suggested that we perform a special Dhikr (prayer-meditation) at night in order to gain the upper hand in our struggle against anger. When you arise in the last third of the night to perform superrogatory prayers, after performing your ablutions, start by turning your face to the House of God and implore Him to aid you in your attempt to subdue anger. Then repeat one-hundred times. "Ya Halim" which means "Oh (God, who is) Forbearing and Slow to Anger" This name, al-Halim, is a Divine attribute of God which He wishes to bestow generously upon us, should we seek to receive it. The first step is to ask God, in this manner, to help us become forbearing; then we must meditate on that Divine Attribute, that it may be absorbed into our being. We are literally calling it upon ourselves. Next we must adopt a practice in our everyday lives that will further our purposes. This practice is, simply, not to show anger, even when you feel it welling up inside. Don't spit that anger out at those around you and poison the atmosphere, like a fire-breathing dragon.<br />Hold it in, but not like a lump of undigested food; no, you must digest it. A certain amount of anger is part and parcel of every personality. Without some of that fire in our constitution we would die; therefore, it is possible for us to digest a certain amount of anger without suffering adverse side-effects. Of course, if we were to remain unchanged over a long period of time and swallow the same amount of anger, we would overdose; but that is not the case, for in time our intake of anger decreases as we learn, and are granted the ability not to react angrily to provocation in the first place. So, just as a baby initially drinks great quantities of milk, then graduates to solid food, decreasing its milk consumption drastically, we can swallow and digest anger, in the full knowledge that other forms of nourishment are soon forthcoming. If you can manage to refrain from showing anger for forty days, you will have passed a great milestone. When it assails you, you must evade it, and when it is going to issue from you, you must swallow it.. If you can successfully avoid it for forty days, anger will begin to assault you less frequently: once every forty days. If you can manage to keep yourself in this manner the initial forty days, and thereafter, in the face of forty more assaults (forty periods of forty days, a little more than four years), Satan will announce to his helpers: "Don't bother attacking that person; you are just wasting your time and energy. His defenses are impenetrable: one thousand attacks are just as futile as one. Leave him alone, he has escaped from our hands".<br />Satan's helpers are the selfish ego, vain desires and worldliness: these are our four great enemies, and whoso learns to control his anger will be victorious against these base influences. Whenever you feel anger arising you must be aware that you are being tested. Such tests are sent your way from the spiritual world in order to ascertain your trustworthiness. Disliked events are sent from that realm so that you may have the chance to forbear, and thereby advance toward your goal. If there were not some benefit to be found in anger it would not exist. The benefit is found in being patient in the face of it. Without passing this test there can be no improvement.<br />Forbearance is a key to Divine Stations, and that key is forged by facing odious events with patience and controlling our anger. So, anger is a two-edged sword: if you can grasp its handle firmly you may rent the veils that blind your heart's eyes, but if it is in the hands of your enemies your faith will be severed.</span> </p>Abdul Karim عبد الكريمhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05026506213440051312noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5340058528505726449.post-15753495502639491172008-12-16T13:12:00.000-08:002008-12-18T07:55:49.815-08:00WHAT DO WE ASK ?<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxnBQqc1ySsL2zZx04a_aSNFEP8hgU2G1hr5LYIh-NF_N8KKoONrIFr1FNx0KMMYQEWjpXsUe74Mkd9_u2Rg3YRRRELTpzs_IhIuOb1qjNkwfgPOzx7_tq5wTJrBasjXp-T1H5_ZdHH6Hz/s1600-h/TAWIZ+COLORES.bmp"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5281159099142483474" style="FLOAT: left; MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 170px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 169px" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxnBQqc1ySsL2zZx04a_aSNFEP8hgU2G1hr5LYIh-NF_N8KKoONrIFr1FNx0KMMYQEWjpXsUe74Mkd9_u2Rg3YRRRELTpzs_IhIuOb1qjNkwfgPOzx7_tq5wTJrBasjXp-T1H5_ZdHH6Hz/s400/TAWIZ+COLORES.bmp" border="0" /></a><br /><div><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"></span> </div><div><span style="font-size:130%;">"We ask to be no-one and nothing. </span></div><div><span style="font-size:130%;">For, as long as we are someone,</span></div><div><span style="font-size:130%;">we are not complete." </span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"></span></div><div><br /><span style="font-size:130%;">Sheikh Nazim Al-Haqqani</span></div>Abdul Karim عبد الكريمhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05026506213440051312noreply@blogger.com0
